1:06.1	Crisis management to me means what we went through
1:09.3	during the first recession.
1:10.3	I was very young, had no experience going through a crisis, and it was a crisis that it wasn't just me or our industry was worldwide.
1:18.0	So learning from that crisis, I learned there are ways to be able to navigate through these crises and be able to come out on top if you are able to be nimble,
1:28.0	keep your head on a swivel, and always learn from your experiences, and better yet learn from others experiences. So that's
