Crisis management to me means what we went through

during the first recession.

I was very young, had no experience going through a crisis, and it was a crisis that it wasn't just me or our industry was worldwide.

So learning from that crisis, I learned there are ways to be able to navigate through these crises and be able to come out on top if you are able to be nimble,

keep your head on a swivel, and always learn from your experiences, and better yet learn from others experiences. So that's
