while the outer planets are either slowing down or retrograding,

but it feels like this is what's going on.

Each one of us can only manage our own reality.

We cannot control what the rest of the collective is doing, but we do have impact on the

collective by our choices.

It is our job, our duty, our responsibility to each play our role.

This is the act locally part of the thing cosmically.
