where Tennessee will play Texas on Saturday night

for a sweet 16 birth, joined by Ben McKee here and I apologize we're getting this

out to you a little bit late but things happen the way they do and here we are the

Tennessee basketball team Ben took care of St. Peter's rather

handily in the opening round game of the tournament, round of 64 game, however

you want to say it. Now Tennessee will have an actual challenge I believe in some ways

against Texas tahas Rick Barnes all his exes live in Texas Ben should be, I imagine a more, you know, fair basketball game perhaps than what we saw

in the first one?

Absolutely, I think we quickly realized in that NCAA tournament

opener for Tennessee that it was not going to be a competitive basketball game.

That St. Peter's team, kudos to them for making a run in their conference tournament.

They are a very tough-nosed physical basketball team that plays great defense,

but it plays great defense at its level of play and don't connect in Tennessee

that is not their level of play as was evidence in that opening round

win for Tennessee.

Not a whole lot to take away from that game.

We're going to spend this podcast talking about the Texas

game more than the St. Peter's game.
