Longtime “Law & Order: SVU” actor Richard Belzer has died at the age of 78. The highly respected stand-up comic-turned-television icon gave us the legendary character, Detective John Munch, which he played in 10 different television series over 30 years. Fans and fellow “Law & Order” co-stars have taken to social media to express their love and admiration for Richard - but leave it to a comedy legend to get one last laugh.
