The two discuss how the tuba found Richard, what experiences are on his infinite bucket list, and why teaching is the greatest thing he's ever done. Richard also shares how despite all of the challenges he faced early in life, he wouldn't change anything that happened because it made him who he is today.

0:51.8	Arts, where he graduated with honors. He went on to receive his bachelor's degree at the Peabody Conservatory of Music
0:57.6	and his master's and doctoral degrees at Indiana University.
1:01.6	Dr. White, sorry, I called him Richard before, Dr. White was principal tubist of the New Mexico Symphony
1:06.8	Orchestra from 2004 until its untimely demise in 2011.
1:11.4	He is now Principal Tubist of the Santa Fe Symphony and is in his 10th season as principal
1:16.1	tubist of the New Mexico Philharmonic.
