Summary

Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today I get to be told by my guest that my questions are "pretty intense". The guest today is Rich Roll, and I went on Rich Roll's show when I was promoting my book called Pretty Intense, back in 2018. I did 3 shows: Rich Roll, Lewis Howes and Joe Rogan. I really didn't even know what a podcast was back then. By doing those podcasts, I fell in love with the them, and I thought that's a really fun format. I love going deep and I have energy for that. Rich Roll in an ultra endurance athlete, and he is the author of many books including " Finding Ultra." Rich is also a motivational speaker and the host of the incredibly popular Rich Roll Podcast. What do two podcasters talk about? We talked about life's challenges. We talked about his story for a change. How he has accomplished the things he has done. Transformations. Surviving addiction. Then we just riffed on life. What's going to solve the world's problems? We hope you enjoy the show, and learn a few of Rich's tips on how to change the world for the better.
