1:01.4	I need some advice on how to move forward with the collections company. I had a roof put on and I got several estimates done and I got down to making a decision between two different ones and the insurance company
1:20.0	kind of stonewalled on one because they came in like $12,000 more than the other company.
1:26.1	So the insurance company told me that, well, why would I pay that much more to have a rough put on when I have a reputable company here that will do it.
1:36.9	So when I told, I called this company A that I was going with someone else, he became very
1:42.0	angry and belligerent and sent me an invoice for
1:46.6	six hundred and ninety seven dollars for the services he had provided although even if you go to his website it says that he gives free
1:55.1	estimates. So he sent it to collections and they keep calling me about it.
2:02.8	I just need to know how to move forward with that.
2:05.4	Now, there is one caveat here.
2:08.6	One time when we were after the insurance company stonewalled on him, he asked me to sign this docu sign.
2:17.0	And he told me by word of mouth I don't have any written evidence of it.
