Welcome, welcome, welcome. It's your best friends, Bob and Sherry. You know,

when you live at the beach, you have people who come and visit. They'd like to come to see you,

but they also want to go to the beach. And they know that they have a free room for the most part.

And that's fine. It's just part of it. You're going to get more visitors than say somebody who might live in Oklahoma City. I'm sure Oklahoma City is a wonderful place, but there's something about the draw of the salt water that will bring people more likely. And I was in the kitchen. And Mary was in the other room, what was it, Sunday. And one of her new girlfriends came over and she said, I am not looking forward to next week.

And Mary said, why?

And she said, her, I'm not going to say her husband's name, but her husband's brother and his wife were coming for a solid week, a visit. And she likes the brother. She cannot stand his wife.

Bob, a week is a long time. A long time. Yeah. And I looked and saw her face, and it was, it was gray.

She has this relationship evidently that that have you ever had a relationship

with someone where you're coolly polite that's the best you've got you're coolly polite oh how is the

how is the how is the uh drive here was Was it okay? Was the traffic okay? Good. I'm really glad. We've got some snacks for you and I got Bill's favorite beer. Or if it goes over the line, it's like, oh, you made it. Could you go out in the backyard and set fire to your

face? Because I just don't want to smell the flames in the house. You know, it's, it's teetering

on just absolute dislike. And she went on to say, I just, I've got to get my head in a space

where I can tolerate this woman and not, you know, anger her husband and certainly my husband.

He knows the deal and he just says to me, can you just tolerate it for a few days?

And then she'll be gone and they won't come back for the next two years.

But what a place to be that for one week you have got to deal with this person who for

you is a monster?

You know what really gets me is the person feels the same way about you.

Right.
