I am doing it a little bit differently now, for this book anyway.

The book is Rhythm, Rites, and Revolution by David Nobel.

And it's so full of like propaganda and counterpropaganda and

stereotypes and kind of outdated thinking. And all of that kind of buries some real stuff

about actual communist infiltration. And I don't even know what that means. Like,

this has gotten me down as to a rabbit hole of like, what is, what, what was the Soviet Union?

What was communism? What was the Cold War? Obviously, it was a dialectic. We have that

picture of Karl Marx and the capitalist paying him off. We have Major Jordan's diaries about the West

giving or selling, I think, arms. I think it was arms to the Soviets. I'll have to brush up my

memory on it. I have it here. And like my opinion of what the communist thing was, it was more like after the Industrial

Revolution, people were, you know, whatever, after serfdom slavery or whatever, people were

disgruntled or unhappy or felt empowered or we're getting too rich. Like that's what Bismarck

said to the Kaiser. People are getting too rich. We need to tax them and give the money back when they're old and they need it.

And then they'll be nice to us because we have their money and they want it.

That's not how we said it.

But that's the thing.

So I just think this was a way to keep all the power and the money at the top, communism,

and make the people think that they were in control. So socialism, communism really

was just an industrialist ploy. And there are so many industrialist ploys, I think, and not like
