1:00.3	was like, this is my story. I was over prescribed clonipin, which is like a
1:08.1	Xanax, but it stays in your system even longer. And once you are chemically
1:13.2	dependent on these drugs, you need them. And you will go through withdrawals. And
1:19.2	you also, once you stop, like, you know, once they're in your system, you
1:24.3	basically need them not to have anxiety. It goes into it. But it's just, it's a
1:29.7	story very personal to me. And so I'm just, I'm not gonna cover it though. I'm
1:35.6	not gonna recap it. It's way too personal. I don't need to be a mess talking
1:41.8	about that. But FYI, that's it. Just wanted to say that. A couple of people
