Well, I really, really wish

that I was able to fall asleep and sleep well last night.

And I wasn't.

A lot of you guys saw my stories yesterday.

I purchased magnesium powder. I try to be a cool

tick-talker and do my sleepy time cocktail. It's a little tart hairy juice. it's a little bit of yes sound of music you got it it's a

little bit of that calm magnesium powder mixed in together with a little bit of like

seltzer I drank it. Then I went upstairs to watch Salt Lake City

and also had even more magnesium. Then I decided at around 945 I'm also going to pop in a melatonin like a 1.5

milligrams of melatonin like a a tiny, tiny amount.

And then I wasn't sleeping. Like, I fall asleep, but then I'm up every hour.

And when I tell you, last night was no different. It will be so interesting to see how many more days I can continue on this path before I officially have to check into a mental health ward,
