I thought we were done for the week, but then news broke this morning that we have another

Real Housewives arrest.

So cue the emergency podcast.

I'm your host, Gips and Johns, and I'm here to unpack the news that Wendy Ocefo and Eddie Ocepho from the Real Housewives of Potomac were arrested yesterday, October 9th, on criminal fraud charges and released on $50,000 bonds this morning in Maryland.

So I guess we'll start with the facts and what's being reported first, and then we'll get into the reaction and all of that.

But let's just say that this is one of the most shocking updates that you could have told me. Like if you had said that a real housewife have gotten arrested and you

Wendy would have been so far down the list of people that I would have suspected of doing

something. And I think, you know, a lot of people are on social media right now being like,

I told you so and like blah, blah, blah, blah.

But I certainly could not have predicted this had happened.

And, you know, I really have loved Wendy as a person.

Every time I've interacted with her,

we have a really kind of friendly, cordial relationship just based off of doing interviews over the years

and kind of running into each other at events. That's it. You know, she was just on the podcast, what, a week ago, two weeks, last week. And if you follow me on social media, you saw that, you know, she had been on last year as well ahead of season nine. And I resurfaced a clip. I will play it later in the episode because I asked her directly about this robbery. It had happened.

Actually, I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's back up for a second. So it is one of those days,

though, as a Bravo fan, that like you won't forget where you were when you heard this news.
