speaking, the only two that would be up for renegotiations outside of your standard addendum,

which is something that you sign every year. You could get a raise. It just depends. But usually

it's pretty standard and it stays as it is.

Right. Well, right. The addendum gives you the bump. But it doesn't allow it, it doesn't allow

them to kind of tear apart the rest of the contract. So let's do the contract. And I'm not,

this is not an exact quote, but let's say the contract's an eight page contract.
