And before we dive into today's Rony recap episode, I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that, unfortunately, Lauren is not going to be able to join me for this particular episode. She will be back on the mic soon. And guys, I know, and this kind of feels like what always happens,

Lauren literally went on Instagram this morning as we released our best week ever podcast collaboration,

letting y'all know that it had dropped and that Roney was coming out later today.

And no sooner than we posted that video and we're about to get into work mode to get you this Roney episode.

We got some news that Lauren's 17-year-old nephew has been struggling and going through a hard time.

So Lauren's focus, at least for today and the next couple of days, potentially, is with her family.

And making sure that they are doing okay. Their mental health is doing okay. As you guys know, we here at Reality Bites take mental

health very seriously and are very much mental health advocates. So that is just, you know,

some personal stuff that's taken priority, at least today. And she will be back soon and we'll

keep you

guys posted. But in the meantime, I do have the truly awesome Amir Yas, who was gracious enough to

step in and do this Rone recap with me in Lauren's stead. And we are both very appreciative.
