I have some good news and bad news. Should we start with the bad news?

The bad news is, and I'm sorry to say that you're going to get mad at me. Don't get mad at me.

But this episode of Everything Iconic might be a little short of the normal, because we're not going to be covering the real house of Orange County this week.

It's not because I didn't want to.

A contraire, I did want to cover it this week, however, I did come down with some food poisoning.

I'm sorry to say it. I don't want to reveal too much information.

These things happen, but I haven't been feeling so hot.

I think it was because of some food that I had.

The other day, I went a little bit wild with a gift card that I had lying around the house.

And I got the chicken tenders. I got the nachos. I got the cheeseburger.

And I'm embarrassed to even tell you this, because I was just saying on the show a few episodes ago that I was trying to cut back on the meat and go more vegan.

And I am. I got to eat healthier because I had a big out day, the other day.

And I don't know. It spiraled me into a really bad place, a really bad place.

And I don't know if it's just a symptom of getting older.

I don't want to get old.
