I've been mentioning for a few weeks now that I've been wanting to do an episode to directly

address all that's happening right now, the climate of change and resistance and growth

hopefully and evolution.

Randa is wonderful, as I always say, let's get to it as quickly as possible.

I do highly recommend her book to bring The Inner Work into our outer work because as you'll

see in this conversation, I do believe they inform one another and I'm just so happy to

have her on and get all the chieats to say out.

I guess that's true of every episode, but it's especially true of everything that's going

on now and all that we need to be talking about, Black Lives Matter and the resistance

that's happening in the movement that's happening right now.
