Another set of meaty topics. First up we're going to discuss fresher and preparing for

a massive sporting event. Then we're going to ask if we could travel back in time to any

historical event. What would it be? Remember you used to have to have Fred Side suggest

future topics but before we get into the meat, let's talk about what we've been up to this

week. What's the first topic again? Preparing for matches. Preparing for matches and

for the series. I should leave now. I prefer for now because you can't say it. I've never

done it. Leave me alone. I was listening to last week's podcast and it's

first say I got a bit of a kick in last week. From us? Yes. Not now in ginger. Not now in

ginger. There's a first time that you have been on the receiving end of a pop. It gives

you a feeling that you're going to be on the receiving end of the season. I can't take it.

I enjoyed it. I was listening to me. I was giggling away. I've got a few reviews from your show

to read out on the news. So what we did this week, Matthew? Anyway, I'm in to well into rehearsals

for strictly. What is it? One minute 50. One minute 15. You've been practicing how long now for that?

I've done about eight sessions. And what are you up to? 35 seconds, 40 seconds?

Now I'm up to one minute 50 Andrew. My partner down buzz well. She's a fantastic teacher.

But I've had one of the most embarrassing moments of my life this week.

Oh, I must be. We've done embarrassing. We're simply for Blackman.

That's not my bar. Space that again. Just getting in first. I know. We've done

embarrassing moments on the previous podcast. But if we're doing the podcast now, I think this

would be up there as probably, you know, when I had the runs and the left, remember all that?
