broadcasting behind enemy lines. Tonight's episode, RFM gets another bar complaint. Yes, another

bar complaint has been filed against yours truly Radio Free Mormon, not for my work as a lawyer, but for my work as a podcaster, strangely enough. So now I've got one bar complaint from Jen Camp based upon my podcasting. Now I've got another bar complaint from somebody else who may or may not know, GenCamp,

based upon my podcasting.

So that's two bar complaints in seven years of podcasting.

If I do the math in my head, I'm actually averaging.

Statistically speaking, more bar complaints as a podcaster than I ever got as an attorney. So I guess I should be flattered or something.

Anyway, here's what happened. Okay, I want to get right to the documents. When we left off with

Jen Camp's bar complaint, I had done an entire episode. You may remember it. It was called

Gin Camp tries to get RFM disbarred, I think it was.

And I went through all the documents that she had supplied to the Bar Association and ended it with their dismissal of the grievance that she had filed against me.

It's from Disciplinary Council Intake

from the Washington State Bar Association. It was dated September 5th,

2003. Remember this will be going on since July, I believe it was, a couple of months as of that date,

before the bar dismissed her grievance. And this was the letter they sent to Jen Camp,

dismissing the grievance against lawyer RFM.
