on the show tonight to talk about their story and the

story of their three-year-old daughter. This is Jared Jones and Ashley Jones

who are coming to us direct from the parking lot at their place of business.

How are you doing? I'm glad to hear it and I understand

that the reason you're in the car as opposed to being at your computer in probably

the warmer offices because there was a problem with the code on the entry lock is that right

that's correct okay but these people are troopers and we're to do this anyway from their car. Technology is

amazing. The first thing I want to do tonight is to synopsize the basic

elements of the lawsuit that the Jones have filed against certain individuals in

Southern California, this parking lot and the lawsuit are both in Southern California.

They live in Riverside, California.

Because there's a lawsuit that has been filed by the Jones.

It was filed back in November of 2021 against certain parties there in
