September 20, 2003. Right now it is 651 a.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, September 21st, 20203.

This story goes into some more details regarding the psychic that Tim Ballard is alleged to have used in order to get intel on where to find children so that they could be rescued.

Like Joseph Smith and finding buried treasure, it doesn't appear that he was ever successful, and yet there are many

people who believed in this psychic, and Tim Ballard, according to these allegations, and according

to this news story, was certainly one of them. The title of the story is, Operation Underground Railroad,

child rescue missions were based on psychic intelligence.
