0:33.1	As many of you may know, I co-host a podcast that is done on a weekly basis it is broadcast
0:39.6	live on YouTube and other platforms every Wednesday evening at 6.20pm mountain time.
0:46.9	It's called Mormonism Live, and Bill Real and I have been doing Mormonism Live for
0:51.7	about two and a half years at this point.
0:53.6	We started in December of 2020.

0:58.1	We do deep dives into issues of Mormon history and current Mormon subjects.
1:03.6	On May 17th of 2023, we had a special guest on the show Spencer Anderson who is a professor
1:10.3	of accounting at the University of Illinois.
1:13.3	We were there to talk about the news report on church finances and the SEC scandal by
1:19.4	60 minutes which had aired the previous Sunday.
1:23.0	Well after we got done with the bulk of the show, we followed up with our customary practice
1:28.2	of having listeners call into the show with questions or comments that they might have.
1:33.1	The second caller into the show was named Justin and he identified himself as a TBM, a true
1:40.6	believing Mormon.
1:41.6	Now it's not often that we have true believing Mormons calling into the show so this was unusual.
1:47.0	And Justin had a specific question that he wanted to ask Spencer Anderson and everything
1:53.6	started from there.
