Gordon Cleveland, the man who sold Hunter Biden the gun at the heart of the case and Hunter

Biden's daughter Naomi Biden. Hunter Biden, of course, did not take

the stand. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says he's qualified for enough states to

exceed the 270 electoral votes needed to capture the White House. But sources close to the campaign have

not confirmed his claims, Kennedy's 2024 website shows the third-party presidential candidate has qualified

for enough ballots to be able to earn 278 electoral votes, a handful more than the total needed

to win the general election against Joe Biden and former President Trump. His site lists swing

states like Michigan, Minnesota, and Florida as complete in the process of gaining ballot access. However,

according to the Hill and Decision Desc HQ, which are tracking Kennedy's ballot access,

well, they haven't confirmed those claims. Scott Tranter, an analyst with Decision Desk HQ,
