There's a pair of big congressional hearings underway on Capitol Hill. First up,

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. We need unbiased, politics-free,

transparent, evident-based science in the public interest. He's facing tough questions from the Senate Finance Committee about his recent moves to limit

access to the COVID-19 vaccine and the firing of CDC director Dr. Susan Monteraz.

In the Wall Street Journal op-ed this morning, Monteraz says she was told to pre-approved the

recommendations of a vaccine advisory panel, which had been

gutted and newly filled with members who expressed anti-vaccine views. Kennedy told Democratic

Senator Ron Wyden, that never happened. No, I did not say that to her. And I never had a private

meeting with her. There are witnesses to every meeting that we have, and all those witnesses will say, I never had a private meeting with her. There's other witnesses to every meeting that we have and all of those witnesses will say,

I never said that.

So she's lying today to the American people in the Wall Street Journal?
