so let listeners know what are you doing in the real estate world and how does blockchain technology come into play?

Yeah, so I've been around real estate my entire life.

My dad is an architect and an engineer turned developer.

So I've been on construction sites since I was about five years old. And I learned from a very early age that the real estate business or the real estate transaction

is a complicated beast.

So as I got older, I thought a lot about how computers could make that process more

efficient, more so as it applies to design approvals and entitlements.

So fast forward to 2012, and I joined my dad's firm, who's a small firm, and the first thing I realized was we were paying about $10,000 a year for real estate data.
