0:21.6	So today we're going to talk about what the regs it
0:23.4	actually means. What does it mean that Tillerson is no longer the top diplomat and
0:27.1	what does it mean that his successor is Mike Pompeo, their current head of the
0:31.2	CIA who is not known necessarily for being a diplomat
0:34.5	nor known always for telling the truth. But let's start with Tillerson. This is a guy
0:39.2	who's had his ups and downs with Trump. They were never close. To put it diplomatically, it's not great when
0:44.5	your Secretary of State calls a president a fucking moron, which NBC News said Tillerson did
0:49.7	last year. And just last week you had Tillerson say this when he was asked about
0:54.3	potential US talks with North Korea. I don't know yet until we are able to meet
0:59.4	ourselves face to face with representatives of North Korea,
1:05.6	whether the conditions are right
1:07.7	to even begin thinking about negotiations.
1:10.7	And so the very next day,
1:11.9	Trump announced his plans to meet with North Korean
1:14.3	officials something he did apparently without consulting Tillerson.
