I have covered the case of the Long Island serial killer before on this podcast.

But at the time of publication, these murders were still very much unsolved.

No one had any clue who the killer was, and the residents near Gilgo Beach on Long Island, lived their lives not knowing if the killer might strike again.

As it turns out, the police never gave up on this case, and a killer did in fact

emerge from the shadows. His name is Rex Hoyerman, and this is his saga.

case before delving into the details regarding our main antagonist Rex Hoyerman.

The Gilgo Beach serial killings, also known as the Long Island serial killer case, involve

a series of murders of women, mostly prostitutes, on Long Island, New York, spanning

from at least 1993 to 2010.
