13 year old case police saying that Rex Eureman is the accused Long Island

serial killer and today Suffolk County prosecutor Ray Tierney announcing that Rex

Sherman has also been indicted in the murder of Maureen-Brenard Barnes.

This is a second-degree murder charge

and we'll ask the panel why that is,

as he headed back to court today
