Hi, this is William Ramsey. Welcome to William Ramsey Investigates on today's show.

I'm going to go over the capture of the alleged Gilgo Beach slash Long Island serial killer.

The name of the guy they captured is Rex A. Hewerman, H-E-U, E-R-M-A-N-N.

And he's allegedly killed at least three that they're mentioning in this bail application that I'm going to read.

I suspect he's probably committed more.

He's 50, he was 59 at the time of his capture and can get pretty graphic.

Some of the stuff might be a little graphic,

but I'm going to show this some picks and some bids

and go over a few websites.

But I do think it's a really interesting case.

There was this whole Gilgo Beach.

There was a documentary on Netflix.

There were tons of podcasts. So people were very interested in this case. And a task force was set up in Suffol County on Long Island.

And they did some great police work. And they found the guy who did it. So they traced everything

back. And I think that this bail application

has information very interesting from kind of a criminal procedural investigation standpoint.

So I will read this. And I'll try to excise some of the more graphic stuff. They caught

him on a fake email or different name doing porn searches,

very graphic porn searches.

So some of those I'll leave out.

But I think the fact that he was interested in watching people get tortured and people

crying, I think is very telling.
