It's important knowing we need that is a step but simply taking in this information and not putting it into action or active manifesting or active healing isn't going to change anything. it's a trick your brains playing on you to make you think like you're taking action,

but what you're really doing is hiding behind being the student versus actually putting what you've learned into true scary,

terrifying, uncomfortable action.

So you don't really need more information.

You need implementation of that information.
