I think inspiration is interesting, right?

It's like this magical, invisible wave of energy, emotion, drive, insight.

You know, it can shift away. We see things, shift away. We feel things.

And it can lift us off into a whole other space in our life.

But then the lack of inspiration can do the exact opposite.

It's almost as if it could be detrimental to our spirit.

It could slow us down. We could feel mundane.

You know, even fall into modes of depression, sadness, feeling uninspired.

And it's difficult when you feel uninspired and you look around you

and you see inspiration, but you don't feel anything for it.

You know, sometimes the things that once inspired us,

it's almost like we become numb to the inspiration that at once held.

And we ask ourselves, why doesn't this do anything for me anymore, or right now?

Where is the energy? And it's not that I think the inspiration ever left you.

I don't think the inspiration is gone. I think inspiration is always within us

and things ignite it. Right? It's not that we see a mountain.

And then that mountain gives us inspiration.

The inspiration is in us. And the sight of that beautiful mountain simply ignites it within us.

So I think with inspiration, when we are feeling uninspired,

it's all about re-wiring ourselves, re-wiring ourselves to ignite the inspiration

when we are feeling uninspired. It's simply a rewire.

And this has to bring us back down to the root.
