it's just like like we don't talk like we don't formally say I mean you

disconnect you got stuff to do what am I gonna say like a call you up after and

say hey so what do you think you know you're a nice good night would wouldn't

be so bad I'll make a habit of that I'm sorry you know what you know what I've

really enjoyed of late is that I'm taking advantage of the do not disturb

function on my phone that I turn on now I when I go when I go to sleep I just

turn it on I was having this issue where I was like the odd time you get like

a text or something at like three in the morning or something no it was not

you actually but yeah it's just it's more of a mental thing that I put it on

it's like there is no way anyone can contact me and I just like the idea

that I'm completely disconnected even if it's just sleeping I that's a great

idea yeah that's exactly probably what it was been for you know we've got

into the point now where I mean technology has to put these limits on just so

that we can live a normal life so I think about smart at it between between that

and I've said for a long time I've had Twitter off my phone it's fantastic I

usually will not log on to Twitter until like like a few hours into my day in

the morning you are taking control of a of these tools I mean it's exactly what
