I had a woman recently at my event in Chicago.

She told me that she keeps meeting guys online and that they don't turn into dates

and she ends up incessantly in a texting conversation with them.

And I said, well, why don't you get out there in the real world?

Why don't you meet people there?

And she seized up a little because for most people, the idea of actually meeting people in real life is scary.

But it doesn't have to be so scary if we don't take ourselves as seriously, if we stop censoring ourselves, and if we actually get a little more free and easy with the interactions we have.
