Summary

On May 16, 1986 the a movie was released that forever changed the Navy, fighter pilots, and volleyball. Names like Don Simpson, Jerry Bruckheimer, Tom Cruise, Val Kilmer, and Kenny Loggins, were forever cemented into the foundation of 80s film. The purpose of this movie was to teach the lost art of awesomeness and insure that a handful movie watchers who saw the film had the the best experience possible.

They succeeded.

Today, people call it a classic. But the fans call it:
