all right says when you fast do not look somber as hypocrisy do for they disfigure their faces to

show others their fasting so anybody have an l t translation because like this sounds like disfigure

their faces like i thought i put a new different translation on there nobody is an lT yeah give me that one 616 I like an LT

translations is different all right so NLT translation says this and when you fast don't make

obvious don't make it obvious as Hipp hypocrites do for they try to look miserable

and so that people will admire them for their fasting I tell you the truth that this is the only

reward they will ever get but when you fast again Jesus says when you fast not if you fast and

Bible says in the witnesses of two or three words the word should be established

So just right here fasting has been established forever

But there's a lot more scriptures in the Bible then

It says verse 17, but when you fast comb your hair and wash your face that no one will notice that you're

fasting except your father who knows what you do in private and your father who sees everything

will reward you so the title of my message today is the rewards of fasting or the rewards of

fasting and I'm going to present you seven things that I believe

fasting will do for you as you commit to seeking the Lord and as you commit to seeking his face

first and foremost let's see what fasting is fasting is in willful abstaining from natural pleasures
