This is the Wall Builders show, and I just want to recognize right up front today is National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.

Erica will be at the White House today receiving the Medal of Freedom on behalf of Charlie.

And man, what big events are happening this week, Tim?

Of course, Tim Barton here with me.

I'm Rick Green, and we got David out there on the road still.

But Tim, yesterday, Columbus Day, Bill Federer was with us and gave us a quick history on all of that.

Pretty cool.

Yeah, and really great that we had a president,

I think was last Friday, who signed the executive order bringing Columbus Day back when,

of course, we had President Biden before who was wanting to honor the indigenous people

on Indigenous People's Day instead of Columbus Day. And I'm actually at Boston right now,

doing a bus tour trip with our friends of Wild Men's and a lot of great people up here, Stephen McDowell.

But one of the things I told the bus is, look, I'm not against on Columbus Day we were talking about it.

I'm not against celebrating indigenous people.

If it wasn't for Squanto, the pilgrims wouldn't have survived.

If it wasn't for Pocahontas,

Jamestown wouldn't survive,

but there is some context to this,

and we're saying cancel Columbus and let's celebrate all indigenous people.

Well, not all indigenous people were nice or good people or should be celebrated.

So there is context to it.
