I concerned citizens were doing something a little different this week.

This is the second time we've released this exact episode onto the main feed.

It's from back in 2015 when our guest Brock Wilber shared his experience, volunteering

at a California reproductive health clinic that performed abortions, obviously with the

US Supreme Court's decision this week to reverse Roe versus Wade.

We thought this was a particularly relevant episode to share, especially because it shows

that even back in 2015 in a state like California that protects women's reproductive health

rights during a time when Roe versus Wade was in place, it was still incredibly tough

and a traumatizing experience for a lot of the people that seek to have these procedures

done.

So is a great reminder that a lot of different people seek to have these procedures done

for a lot of different reasons and why protecting these rights is so important.
