Okay, hi guys, welcome back to X's and O's. I'm your host Shannon Beveridge and I'm back in LA, which is crazy because I was in LA when you saw me last.

But I wasn't in LA all week. I've been in Dallas and I just got back late last night.

I'm so tired. I feel like I feel like I was supposed to kind of take a break after tour in a way,

but then I got sick and then I had to go home

and I feel like I haven't really had a resting time.

Kind of at all.

Yeah, kind of not at all.

So I'm a bit tired.

I also wanted to explain to you'all that because this is like

supposed to be my time off or like at my break after tour, so I didn't film the podcast for the

last week or two weeks. And instead, we are going to be highlighting some of our favorite episodes

that we did early on.

So today's episode is with Gabby Windy.
