0:04.4	was making his usual rounds at the US Capitol.
0:07.3	As part of his job,
0:08.6	he checks in on his fellow officers.
0:10.5	And he was in this one area
0:12.6	where there was construction,
0:14.6	there was scaffolding all around,
0:16.4	heavy, crashing sounds.

0:19.6	those metal pipes that were using
0:23.8	or rods that were hidden the ground
