Today we're rerunning both episodes in fall.

This is part two. Yesterday we told you the story of Janet Skinner, a sub-postmaster from Hull who one day

noticed that the computer system she used to manage her accounts said she should

have 7,000 pounds more cash in her till than was actually there. That 7,000 became 20,000, then 45,000, and then 59,000.

She had no idea how it had happened, but the post office wasn't in the mood for excuses. It

launched an aggressive private prosecution that resulted in her serving time

in prison. I had that lock and then obviously the security guards stood up behind me.

He said, please rise my Skinner and obviously you will be taken down.

Yeah, and I cried. All I did was cry.

When she was released Janet thought two things,

but this was the end of her nightmare

and that she was the only person this had happened to.

But she couldn't have been more wrong.
