In a time where loneliness is high, stress is high, depression is high, and fear of the future is high,

there's one place we can all go to find relief, our friends.

That's why I wanted to revisit my episode with Christina Tozzi.

I've been there for her and she has been there for me when we both needed it most.

We talk about the importance of friendship and more important how we can all be better friends.

Well no it's because we both get we both love what we do for a living and it all makes the most sense when you get to say my favorite people to spend time with outside of work and share life with are also people.

For me, that's how I know I'm on the right track professionally.
