I really didn't setting this up.

I should probably let you guys know that it's me doing the show,

just to attune your expectations.

But this video, the rise and fall of CrossFit,

15,000 Jim Empire for sale came across my YouTube algorithm. It was just released hours ago. But as I was listening

to it, it didn't take me much more than like five minutes or something like that to get

into this video and realize that everything that this dude is saying is like pretty much

half of the information, I guess, if we want to give them that

much credit. Also too, it's just based off like a bunch of this like BS. It's kind of hilarious

how everybody has their different takes on CrossFit and what it is and what it isn't or

how the company went and how the company didn't go. But very few of them actually have like

in-depth knowledge about anything really to do with the company or how it started or its origins. Like,

if you remember that a med guy from Woop said it started with an email list, like, that was

absolutely absurd. So I thought it'd be great to just react to this video and then also not only get my opinion,

but then give some more context and more backstory about what actually took place.

So I think it would be a good counter.

One of the things that just drives me absolutely insane, I'm not even going to go and look at it,

but it's like it's always the comments in these shows.

Like you go and you see somebody makes this like hate on CrossFit and like six different people come out. Like oh, I got injured. Oh, my knees got hurt. Oh, this or that. It's just like, oh, God, here we go. The same perpetuate narrative that's happening again and again. Hopefully some people are out there. The number of things isn't working out here. Oh, there we go.
