We have finally made it to Selection Sunday. In about a couple hours,

we're going to find out officially who is making the 12-team college football playoff in 2025. And

Dalton, there are plenty of debates right now on social media with who deserves to be the final 12 teams in there.

First and foremost, does it not feel like we're living in the twilight zone of college football

right now? Think about just the list of things that happen that we're going to go over, right?

Indiana won the big 10. Alabama can't run the football. Texas Tech won the big 12.

Duke wins the ACC in the absolute nightmare scenario for the ACC.

We could get James Madison in the playoff as a second group of five team.

BYU is probably going to get left out and they have to watch Jake Retzlaw in the

playoff in the playoff for Twain.

Kennesaw State in their second year of FBS football's winning conference years.

I mean, we're just seeing everything turned upside down now. Just think about the era of college football

that we're in with NIL, with the transfer portal, and all of these things being possible

with the talent being spread out across college football, just an unbelievable weekend of football

that we just saw. And it feels like now, especially the national title race, wide open, completely wide open. How about this? Someone actually pointed this out on Twitter. I forgot who,

so I wish I could shout them out right now. Yesterday, we had the number one team in the

FBS to lose in Ohio State. The number one team in the FCS lose in North Dakota State to

Illinois State and what was one of the biggest upsets of the year in the FCS playoffs. So North Dakota State, even though they are clearly the number one team in the country in the FCS, they will not be winning the FCS national title this year. If that's not enough, I know we don't cover basketball here, Dalton. The number one team in men's basketball also lost yesterday. And Purdue, they got a beatdown yesterday too.

So we have the number one team in the FBS, FCS, and Division I men's basketball all lose

yesterday.

I believe the North Dakota State one is as shocking as anything because I believe they were a 24-point
