Welcome back to another episode of Stay Hot.

Not only are we going to talk about our top five office of linemen in the upcoming NFL

draft, which is less than a week away.

We're also going to talk about Dexter Lawrence being traded to the Cincinnati Bengals.

But also, today, Sunday, April 19th, 26 marks the five-year anniversary of Stay Hot.

So just wanted to take a moment and reminisce, guys, because it's been awesome.

You know, Matt, you and I have been close friends for a long time.

Theo, you and I's relationship started off a bit rocky, but here we are now.

And who would have thought that we'd be doing this five years later?

So I just wanted to say to the fans of Stay Hot, I love you guys.

And Matt and Theo, I love you guys as well.

So I'm happy to be here Sunday with a repaired, reconstructed ACL and asking once again, how are you guys doing?

Yeah, I'm doing very well. I echo the same sentiment. It's been fantastic to be able to do this

for five years. It's an honor that people have sustainably listened to us through all that

time. And even if you're new here or
