One thing I try not to be as normal because that's boring.

It used to be a criticism. I used to feel pretty bad about being so weird, but it's good to be

different right now and good to be an outlier.

I can certainly feel exactly what you're saying, because I used to be the same way.

And right around 14 years of age when I hit ninth grade, that's when I decided that I could care less

about what anybody else thought about me. Like I embraced my freak flag, if you will. And from

that point forward, just took off and never looked back that's impressive i like that you

worked it out young i didn't work out quite that young but i got i got it early early 20s i think

right on right on so are you on the road uh yeah i am so i'm in an air bamb i'm in austin i'm speaking

at the biohacking conference this is a 4,000 person event davis Dave Asbury, and I got my family here. They just

flew in from Australia, and they're still sleeping. And it's like, right from the time of this

recording, it's the middle of the day. So that's, they're catching up. My two boys, my four and six-year-old,

and my wife, they're all out like a light.
