0:19.4

Let's talk about how to reverse engineer a heart attack.

0:25.6

This is the number one reason why people die on the planet.

0:28.6

I think it's important to reverse engineer this problem and see what you can do to avoid getting this problem.

0:38.8

Typically what happens is the artery becomes locked and that shuts off blood supply to the heart muscle and the heart cramps and you die.

0:47.7

Now if you can go into the future with a heart attack, let's say you didn't die, but you had a heart attack.

0:54.8

You might be reflecting back on your life and saying, gosh, what? What could I have done differently?

But not all the time because over 50% of heart attacks, there is no symptoms, okay?

1:56.6

2:03.8

ignore these clues. One of the biggest problems that I see with people is when they go to the doctor,

2:10.7

they're covering up these clues with medications. Like, for example, shortness of breath,

2:16.1

which could mean that there's a problem with the heart. And then the person gets on a medication

2:21.1

called atrovent to cover up that symptom, right? Problem is still there, but now we don't have the
