And I'm alison this is a podcast we ruin a horror movie for you just for all of you um hally how you doing what's new um what is new um let's see we're recording this friday june 6 um so it's a dyke Day tomorrow for Pride, which is my favorite, one of my favorite days of the year

where all of the dikes broadly in Los Angeles,

dyke and dyke adjacent people go to a park and just hang out for the day.

It's so nice.

Just nice to see everybody.

And he always end up running into people like you haven't seen in months. And it's sort of like a nice. Yeah. Yeah, I really enjoyed it. This is the third year I'm going.

and that's been very fun

and yeah

what are you want to bring? What do you want to contribute to Dyke Day? What are you going to bring? A cheese. Some cheeses. I don't have a cooler. I realize I needed to get like a cooler pack. Maybe not like a plastic cooler, but like something fabric. Because I don't have anything. I do have a picnic blanket I could bring but but I don't have anything to keep something cold. He'll have like he'll like be like sleeping in bed with me and then we'll get up and kind of like puts around and I'll get him breakfast and You all you know whatever I have to do and then like he kind of I think it's like usually it's like I think it's after cats go the bathroom

Usually they like have the zoomies but but the zoomies are like, he runs around screaming for like 15 or 20 minutes. And we are in that phase currently. Um, so wherever he's at, you might hear him again. Um, otherwise I'm good. Cute. I've been swimming a lot. Oh great. To go to the pool. Um, come back in. Are you an outdoor or an indoor pool gal? I wish there was an outdoor pool that had lap lanes here. There is not. So it's indoor pool. Even through the summer when I swim laps, I'll usually swim them indoors and then go sit out at the outdoor pool and the public pool. But that's just how it goes. It's New York City. This is not, it's the way I will say, like, I, my, the thing I do miss about living in Los Angeles was the, uh, the plethora of wonderful outdoor pools for both lounging and swimming laps. That is something that I don't have. And LA has lots of. Yeah, I'm not even a real pool gal, but it is
