Pove, the Russia-born founder of telegram, is known for a lot of things.

Sid stepping authorities, free speech absolutism, and one other thing.

Putin and Durham have their differences,

but they both have this affinity for shirtless selfies.

You know, maybe it's a Russian thing,

but he does style himself as this sort of renegade bad boy. He always has. He was sort of an

enfante of social media in Russia and Europe for a long time and he hasn't deviated

from that. And a couple weeks ago, French authorities arrested Dorov

outside of Paris, which kicked off fresh debate

about how governments and tech companies should interact.

And Manure Macco was trying to answer tweets from Elon Musk asking whether or not there's still freedom of expression in France.

Also, tweets coming from Ed's Edward Snowden, who's directly accusing him of orchestrating this arrest to collect sensitive information.
