Summary

We have had many requests for the book of Revelation! It's such an important book--especially during these times.

Revelation begins with a vision of Jesus given to the apostle John. In part one, Jesus speaks to His seven churches, asking them to remain faithful, and calling out their errors. The focus is not fear, but worship, endurance, and the authority of Christ over all things.

Revelation says "Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near."

Let us take these warnings seriously.

1:30.2	Take a few moments to focus on your breath and let go of any thoughts or worries.
2:03.6	Take a deep breath in and as you exhale, allow your body to release any tension it may be holding onto.
2:24.3	Take another deep breath in and as you exhale, let your body become more and more relaxed.
2:42.0	Remember that relaxation is not just a luxury,
2:50.0	but a necessity for your well-being. Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.
