I talk to non-believers and believers alike, young and young at heart, and I hear it echoed repeatedly.

Why is our culture is moving and changing with such speed, almost speed of lightning?

The other day was talking to a businessman, a prominent businessman,

who does not claim to be a Christian, and he was just saying it with passion. What happened?

What is happening? Why is this change that used to be year to year? Now is almost week to week, and not only in our culture,

but seem to be globally as well. I know there are some people who are confused by this speed

of change, others who are frustrated by it. And sadly, so many people, even within the churches,

they resigned to it. And they said, well, you know, this is just the way things are. And they might as within the churches, they resigned to it.

And they said, well, you know, this is just the way things are.

And they might as well, if you can't fight it, just join them.

As a person who has spent many years and being academically trained to spot cultural trends and changes,

I can understand the frustration.

But as a student of the Word of God, I can tell you,

I'm so grateful to the Lord, that He has given us clues as to the times in which we live.

Turn with me, please. Revelation 15 and 16.

At the very beginning of the forming of God's people, the kingdom of God, there was a public

confrontation between God and Satan, give or take, 4,000 years ago.

And the Bible tells us that at the very end, there's going to be a far

greater cosmic, global confrontation between God and Satan. History repeats itself, really makes

sense. In the beginning, the book of Exodus, we see address rehearsal for what is going to

happen globally. Happened in the beginning of time and in revelation is going to happen at the end of

time. History repeats itself in the beginning and in the end.
