I actually delivered the Clark memorandum personally, in my own hand, walking around Congress to the senatorial buildings and to the House of Representatives and delivered that.

Finally, it actually made it into the district court as an addendum to the Star Report.

And Star kind of has a checkered past.

Kavanaugh was his research agent who worked on the Star Report.

Star went on to represent Epstein, which is kind of sketchy to say the least.
